ABOUT

Core is our mid level BREEDX program designed for individuals with an established fitness foundation. With BREEDX Core you'll see a combination of traditional strength and conditioning movements, interval training and endurance work that will develop you into a more complete athlete. Core athletes should have experience with complex barbell movements including back squat, dead lift and bench press. Core athletes should also have a mastery of core movements including bodyweight squats and pull ups.

For experienced athletes who have logged some solid time in the gym but never followed a true training program. Core is for athletes looking to step up their existing training with the help of professional programming.

For 3-month and annual plan subscribers, you can choose to discontinue prior to your next quarterly or annual billing cycle so long as you cancel 24 hours prior to your next scheduled recurring payment.
